The location was horrible....If you are looking to stay some where in the middle of No where. I would recommend this hotel. Also, the only way to get too and from the hotel is by taxi. This will cost about 50-40 euros each way.

The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial business park and Eurexpo. the room had classy furnishing, creating a comfortable atmosphere. - the hotel's remote setting is close to Lyon airport, offering a peaceful environment.

gorgeous hotel, the breakfast is wonderful, marvellous location to a nearest restaurant. outstandingly accommodating, amicable people working here. the breakfast for the quality. good service, free parking available on site. lobby bar and good pool. location really close to france, sightseeing and the airport and lyon downtown. plus, 15 minutes drive from a fortified house.

Staff were friendly, the room was very satisfactory, eating in the restaurant was excellent.

There was no iron available for my shirt ! I asked what floor the gym was on I was told the 7th floor when I arrived on the 7th floor the gym was unfinished and all the gym equipment was still in bubble wrap ! I booked the hotel for the gym + sauna use, when checking out at 5 AM the friendly gentleman was unable to use the computer or visa machine so I had to leave all my visa details to allow payment, this is something I do not like to do for security reasons as I am sure younwill agree, once I returned back into the uk I sent a E mail to the hotel to assure me the payment had been made and all my details erased or destroyed also commenting as above, I had to send another mail on Monday morning to ask for conformation my reply was the invoice and conformation of the details destroyed, no mention of my unsatisfactory expirances. The breakfast options were plentiful and served warm, making it easy to find something delicious to start the day. It's super convenient having a restaurant nearby for dinner 🍽️. Plus, being close to a busy commercial area added to the convenience of staying here.

I stayed only briefly and had only one meal, but it was quite good.

I checked out very early and the clerk was unable to process my credit card as he was unfamiliar with the older cards not having a chip. This led to a delay in getting to the airport and an excess fuel charge for my rental car.

Booked a superior king room with central heating, a private safe, and pay TV. the hotel is in an absolutely perfect location, adjacent to the airport and close to Eurexpo. - Easy access if using for an overnight stay while driving through the area.

The location was incredible - really close to a restaurant, Lyon city center and an Industrial Park. It also was in a business district. The rooms were luxurious and the staff were extremely friendly!

I had a fantastic stay at Kyriad Prestige! The value for money was excellent and the room was cozy and well-designed. The location was convenient with a secure underground car park, which gave me peace of mind. The staff were delightful and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety.

Bright and absolutely fantastic hotel, wonderful breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Great room, exceptionally comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. Modern facilities there. Excellent service throughout stay. Easy parking on site. Amiable staff, good location to the "Soie" metro stop. Really comfortable stay, as always.
